The Palestinian Resistance in the Gaza Strip continued, on Saturday, to confront the invading Israeli forces while also targeting Israeli settlements.

The Martyr Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Hamas movement, announced that it had targeted an Israeli Merkava tank in the eastern axis of the city of Khan Younis with an al-Yassin 105 RPG and the northern axis with mortar shells.

Moreover, al-Qassam Brigades adopted the targeting of the occupation command centers located on the southern axis of Gaza City with heavy caliber mortar shells.

Moreover, the Resistance also confirmed targeting the kibbutz "Magen" with a rocket salvo, while Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported sirens sounding of sirens in the "Nir Oz" kibbutz in the Gaza Strip envelope.

At the same time, al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad Movement, announced targeting Israeli occupation forces situated in the vicinity of the cultural center along the advancement axis in eastern Khan Younis with several mortar shells.

Al Mayadeen's correspondent also stressed that according to eyewitnesses, an Israeli helicopter landed in northern Gaza to transport killed and wounded Israeli soldiers.

On its part, Martyr Abu Ali Mustafa Brigades, the military wing of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, announced that it was engaged in violent confrontations with Israeli occupation forces on the border of the Jabalia camp in the northern Gaza Strip.

As for the Martyr Omar al-Qassem Resistance group, the military wing of the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine, they claimed responsibility for the operation of launching a rocket barrage toward the "Re'im" settlement.

Abu Khaled, the spokesperson for the Martyr Omar al-Qassem Resistance group, issued a military statement on the progress of the confrontations in the Gaza Strip, adding that the Resistance is engaged in obstructing the path of the enemy and inflicting heavy losses upon its forces.

Abu Khaled then confirmed that the Brigade confronted the IOF at the Bani Suheila roundabout, where they destroyed many of their military vehicles, including tanks and troop carriers.

On the northeastern axis of Khan Younis, the Resistance succeeded in targeting an IOF troop carrier using anti-armor weapons, destroying it and showering IOF soldiers with bullets, leaving its occupants either dead or wounded.

In Jabalia, Al Mayadeen's correspondent in Gaza confirmed that the Israeli occupation tanks stationed to the west of the Jabalia camp could not make any progress over the past few days.

Martyrs in Central Gaza and Rafah amid ongoing Israeli genocide

The Israeli occupation, on the 64th day of the aggression, launched a series of bombardments against residential homes in various areas of the Gaza Strip amid the ongoing genocidal war against the Palestinians.

Al Mayadeen's correspondent confirmed that the bodies of dozens of martyrs have been scattered in the streets for days due to the siege imposed by Israeli occupation forces on the Gaza Strip.

According to our correspondent, the occupation committed yet another massacre in Tal al-Zaatar, located in the Jabalia camp, and bombed 4 schools sheltering displaced Palestinians. Jabalia witnessed multiple massacres earlier in this war as the Israeli occupation leveled entire neighborhoods.

The Israeli occupation has also intentionally burned houses and shops in the Beit Lahia project area after arresting their owners and residents, he explained.

In central Gaza City, the occupation leveled houses that were still inhabited in the vicinity of the Sahaba Medical Complex.

Palestinians faced increased difficulty retrieving the bodies of the martyrs from under the rubble or attending and aiding the wounded in the region, due to the siege imposed by the Israeli occupation tanks stationed in nearby areas, as they would strike any moving target.

Our reporter further underscored that several were martyred as a result of the shelling of houses in the Nusseirat, Bureij, and al-Maghazi refugee camps. Martyrs and casualties were transported to Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir al-Balah, located in the central region of the Strip.
