Resistance steadfast, to curb 'Israel's' goals: MP Fadlallah
Loyalty to the Resistance Bloc MP Hassan Fadlallah underlines that Hezbollah will withstand anything that comes its way and foil "Israel's" plans.
The key to facing the challenges facing Lebanon is "resilience, resilience, and resilience," Loyalty to the Resistance bloc Hassan Fadlallah told Al Mayadeen on Monday, reiterating it to symbolize the importance of the notion as he assured that the morale of the Resistance remains high.
Commenting on the Israeli threats of a ground invasion of Lebanon, Fadlallah told Al Mayadeen: "When we confront the enemy on the battlefield, we know how they flee from the Resistance fighters." He asserted that the Lebanese Resistance possesses the will to fight, stretching from Naqoura to Shebaa, stressing, "The community surrounding the Resistance is magnificent and unbreakable."
Fadlallah reaffirmed that the Resistance is steadfast and will continue to confront the Israeli occupation, which is backed by the US and its Western allies. "Our battle is to prevent the enemy from achieving its goals," he said. This is "a moment of confrontation and resilience, and the priority is to stop the aggression against our people, our country, and the Palestinian people."

Fadlallah also addressed the martyrdom of Hezbollah Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah, who was assassinated in an Israeli airstrike on Beirut's Southern Suburbs, saying, "We possess faith, will, and steadfastness...The blood of Sayyed Nasrallah boils in the veins of hundreds of thousands of fighters ready to continue the struggle."
Hezbollah leaders meant for martyrdom
Despite the profound loss, Fadlallah emphasized that the nature of Hezbollah's leaders is to fight on the battlefield until martyrdom or victory. He declared, "Regardless of the sacrifices, this Resistance cannot be defeated, and we will continue to face the Israeli enemy." He added, "Resistance is a struggle that has never stopped, and its structure has never as much as wavered."
"We have entered a new phase, and the Resistance is fully present on the battlefield," Fadllallah stressed. "The Resistance, with its structure, positions, and arsenal, remains intact and is defending the country in the heart of this war."
Fadlallah also referenced a message from Hezbollah's Deputy Secretary-General Sheikh Naim Qassem, clarifying that despite the assassination of Sayyed Nasrallah, the Resistance had announced all its measures through Sheikh Qassem's message.
Hezbollah structure solid
"Martyr Sayyed Nasrallah oversaw this path for over 30 years, ensuring that no event could destabilize it," he said. "He always prepared the Resistance for any eventuality and planned for a long future."
Fadlallah concluded by praising Nasrallah's legacy, stating, "Martyr Sayyed Nasrallah gave the nation, the people, and Palestine his most precious offering," adding that he "ascended as a martyr to join the convoy of martyrs, just as he had always asked God."
In his message earlier today, Sheikh Qassem reiterated that the Resistance's operations would continue unabated after Sayyed Nasrallah's assassination, with even greater intensity. "We know that the battle will be long, we are prepared to face any possibility, and we will emerge victorious from this battle."
Qassem also explained that Hezbollah has a solid leadership structure, with deputies and backup leaders ready to step in whenever a leader is targeted. "The alternative plans that Sayyed Nasrallah put in place for commanders and members are already being followed, and everyone is present on the battlefield," he concluded.
