Russia MoD unveils tally of 54th day of war in Ukraine
Russian artillery units targeted 315 Ukrainian assets, 18 command posts, 22 artillery batteries, and 1 OSA-AKM anti-aircraft missile system, according to Russian Defense Ministry.
The Russian Ministry of Defense reported that high-precision air-based missiles destroyed 16 Ukrainian military assets, with Russian forces also having targeted five command posts, one fuel storage facility, three ammunition depots, and military personnel and equipment concentrated in Barvenkovo, Gulyai Pole, Kamyshevakha, Zelenoe Pole, Velikomikhailovka, and Nikolaev.
108 bases of Ukrainian manpower and military equipment were targeted by operational-tactical aviation, the Russian Defense Ministry added.
Furthermore, the ministry said that an air-to-air missile shot down one Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicle near Buda, adding that army aviation destroyed eight tanks and other armored fighting vehicles, as well as up to a company of enemy manpower near Pashkovo, Veseloe, and Illichevka.
Missile troops were also attacked with high-precision land-based Iskander missiles.
Four weapons depots and Ukrainian military equipment were destroyed, as well as three enemy manpower concentration areas near Popasnaya, Yampol, and Kramotorsk.
Russian artillery units targeted 315 Ukrainian assets, 18 command posts, 22 artillery batteries, 1 OSA-AKM anti-aircraft missile system, and 275 enemy strong points and areas of enemy manpower concentration, it stressed.
The ministry has also reported that three Ukrainian combat aircraft were shot down in the air by Russian air defense forces: two MiG-29 fighters near Izyum and one Su-25 near Avdeevka. 11 Ukrainian UAVs were also shot down in the air near Klimovo, Nevelskoe, Novotroitskoe, Izyum, Panteleimonovka, Sladkovodnoe, and Yasnoe.
At Chernobaevka, ten large-caliber rockets launched by Ukrainian multiple rocket launchers were intercepted.
During the operation, the Russian Armed Forces destroyed 139 Ukrainian aircraft, 483 unmanned aerial vehicles, 250 anti-aircraft missile systems, 2,326 tanks, and other armored combat vehicles.
254 multiple launch rocket systems, 1,004 field artillery and mortars, and 2,184 units of special military vehicles were also eliminated, according to the ministry.
