Russian air force targets Ukrainian depots in Sergeevka
Two other sites of the Ukrainian forces in the proximity of Sergeevka.
Russian defense ministry revealed that Russian aviation destroyed a depot of Ukrainian weapons and artillery, according to Sputnik. It was reported that Ukrainian forces lost 600 MLRS (Multiple Launch Rocket Systems) shells.
"Aircraft operating in the interests of the southern group of troops in the Alexandr-Kalinin direction struck at the enemy's missile and artillery weapons depot in the area of ​​​​the Sergeevka village. As a result, up to 600 MLRS rockets were destroyed," the defense ministry spokesperson told Sputnik.
He added that two other Ukrainian strongholds were targeted in the Avdiivka direction (south of Sergeevka), and in the Marinka direction (in the southeast direction) several sites of the Ukrainian forces’ temporary deployment were targeted.

Earlier this week, NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg paid an unannounced visit to Kiev which marks his first visit since the Russian invasion.
Stoltenberg invited Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky earlier this month to the NATO summit in July and also announced that NATO member states have provided 65 billion euros ($70 billion) in military aid to Kiev in light of the ongoing war in Ukraine.
Stoltenberg also welcomed the start of deliveries of Western tanks and other armored vehicles to Ukraine. "This can make a real difference on the front lines," he underlined.
Yesterday, Stoltenberg announced that NATO allies have all agreed that Ukraine should become a member of the alliance.
"I said in Kiev yesterday [on Thursday] that Ukraine's future is in Euro Atlantic family and all NATO allies have agreed that Ukraine will become a NATO member."
He also added that the allies discussed the delivery of different types of aircraft to Ukraine. "On jets, well, allies have delivered, Poland has delivered MiG-29s. There's an ongoing discussion about also other types of jets," Stoltenberg added.
