Russian military disabled 3,920 military facilities in Ukraine
Russian military forces advanced 11 km during the past 24 hours, says Defense Ministry Spokesperson.
Russian Defense Ministry Spokesperson Igor Konashenkov announced, on Monday, that 3,920 Ukrainian military facilities have been disabled since the start of the military operation.
"In total, 3,920 facilities of Ukrainian military infrastructure were disabled since the start of the special military operation," Konashenkov told reporters.
Russian military forces advanced 11 km during the past 24 hours, adds the Russian Defense Ministry Spokesperson.
"A total of 143 unmanned aerial vehicles, 1,267 tanks, and other armored combat vehicles, 124 multiple rocket launchers, 457 field artillery guns and mortars, 1,028 units of special military vehicles were destroyed", he added.
The Russian military also downed four Ukrainian drones on Saturday, including one Bayraktar TB2 combat drone, according to the official.
On Saturday, Konashenkov said that Russian combat drones and warplanes targeted 79 assets belonging to the Ukrainian military infrastructure in one day.
The tally included an electronic warfare target, 4 command and communication units, 3 multiple rocket launchers, 2 surface-to-air missile systems, 6 ammunition, fuel, and lubricant depots, and 54 clusters of armored vehicles, according to the official.
At the time, Russian air defense systems downed a Ukrainian Mi-24 helicopter and three drones, including a Turkish Bayraktar combat drone.
It is worth mentioning that Konashenkov has also stated Saturday that a high-precision attack by the Russian Armed Forces in western Ukraine killed up to 180 foreign mercenaries and destroyed huge amounts of foreign weaponry.
The spokesperson described how the military bases and training grounds included a camp for foreign mercenaries and operated as a depot for weapons brought to Ukraine from overseas.
