Our military forces will support the noble Yemeni people in securing their legal rights up until they do so independently of anyone else.

"Companies and entities shall bear full responsibility in the event of non-compliance," the committee noted.
"The letters are based on the constitutional texts and Yemeni laws in force, in addition to the charters and treaties of the United Nations, especially Article No. 19 of the Yemeni constitution, which obligates the state and all members of society to protect and preserve national wealth," the committee added.
"The Republic of Yemen reserves its legal right to deal with all the looting of Yemeni wealth that took place before the 6th of Rabi' Al-Awwal 1444, corresponding to October 2, 2022, and which were carefully monitored during the past periods."

A few days ago, Yemeni Armed Forces Spokesperson Yahya Saree advised foreign companies that plunder Yemen's wealth to take the warnings of the leader of the Yemeni Ansar Allah movement Sayyed Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi seriously.
The foreign companies that plunder our wealth should take the Revolution Leader's warning seriously,in the case that the salary and the rest of main points for the continuation of the truce are not agreed.

The leader of the Yemeni Ansar Allah movement, Sayyed Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi mentioned in a speech on the occasion of the anniversary of the September 21 revolution that the coalition of aggression and traitors among the Yemeni people are plundering the Yemeni oil wealth and controlling the country's resources and wealth.
On August 4, the Yemeni news agency Saba reported that the Saudi-led coalition looted crude oil and gas revenues in Yemen, "equivalent to the salaries of all state employees for a period of 7 months."
On August 2, Grundberg said the warring parties agreed on extending the truce for an extra two months per the same conditions with the aim of maintaining negotiations and reaching a comprehensive truce as soon as possible.
The truce in effect in Yemen since last April 2, which was also extended on June 2, stipulates the suspension of military offensives by land, sea, and air in Yemen and across its borders, in addition to facilitating the entry of ships carrying fuel to Al-Hudaydah ports in western Yemen.
