Saudi coalition warplanes target Al-Thawra Sports Stadium
Saudi coalition warplanes launch a series of airstrikes on the Yemeni capital, Sanaa, and Al Mayadeen correspondent reports explosions in the northern side of the capital.
Al Mayadeen correspondent reported on Friday that violent explosions took place in the northern side of the Yemeni capital, Sanaa, stressing that the Saudi-led coalition warplanes launched three raids on Al-Thawra Sports Stadium, north of Sanaa.
Our correspondent indicated that the Saudi coalition warplanes targeted Al-Zubayri Street Neighborhood, south of the capital, Sanaa.

Yemeni sources confirmed an injury as a result of the attack by coalition warplanes that targeted a residential neighborhood on Al-Zubayri Street in the capital, Sanaa.
The target was preceded by a media tour organized by the Sanaa government inside Al-Thawra Sports Stadium in response to the coalition's allegations, which claimed that the stadium contained weapon stores, threatening to bomb it.

Nasr Al-Din Amer, the undersecretary of the Ministry of Information, has urged all Yemeni media outlets to visit Al-Thawra Sports City in Sanaa to check that it is free of any weapons that the aggression coalition alleges are housed there.

On Thursday, the Saudi coalition raids targeted residential neighborhoods in the capital, Sanaa. Al-Mayadeen correspondent pointed out that Al-Sabeen Maternal Hospital and Al-Shaab Mosque were seriously damaged as a result of the coalition airstrikes.
For its part, the Saudi coalition claimed it destroyed seven drones and weapons warehouses in the Central Security Camp in the Al-Sabeen area, south of the capital, Sanaa.
