Al Mayadeen correspondent in the Yemeni capital, Sanaa, reported that warplanes of the Saudi coalition continues their sorties on Monday over the capital, targeted the building of the Yemeni International Telecommunication Company for the second time. The building is located in the northern part of the capital, Sanaa.
Yemeni Parliament: The Saudi coalition wants to isolate Yemen
The Yemeni parliament declared today that "the Saudi coalition's threats to target civil institutions and ministries are a disregard for society, international laws, and conventions." It condemned the systematic destruction of state institutions, roads, bridges, water wells, and citizens' homes.
The parliament added that "the coalition of aggression announced publicly that it would target civil institutions, to destroy what remained of state institutions, infrastructure, and the capabilities of the Yemeni people."
The Yemeni parliament affirmed that "the continuation of the aggression targeting the telecommunications sector comes aims to isolate Yemen from the rest of the world." It noted that "the coalition of aggression seeks to commit more massacres and war crimes, in isolation from the world and the international community."
The Council declared that "were it not for the shameful silence of the international community, the Saudi-Emirati aggression coalition, under Zionist and American auspices, would not have continued to commit more massacres and horrific war crimes."
Abdul Salam: The coalition is growing more aggressive and despicable
The head of the Sanaa negotiating delegation, Muhammad Abdul Salam, said in a tweet, "The supporters of the coalition, and those who are silent about its crimes, are an accomplice in all its crimes," stressing that "our Yemeni people will face this [agression] with all patience and strength."

Saree: Targeting facilities, ministries will not go unpunished
The Yemeni Armed Forces Spokesperson Brigadier General Yahya Saree denied Monday the Saudi-led coalition's claims about using civilian areas for military purposes.
Saree described the coalition's claims as "untrue" and considered them a clear justification for targeting Yemeni civilians and civilian facilities.

The Saudi-led coalition bombed Monday dawn Yemen's Ministry of Telecommunications and Information Technology in the country's capital, Sanaa, Al Mayadeen's correspondent quoted a Yemeni official source as saying.
According to Yemen's Al-Masirah television, the coalition fighter jets targeted the Ministry building twice, causing severe damage to the buildings adjacent to it.
It is noteworthy that in the past 24 hours, the Saudi-led coalition has violated the ceasefire agreement in Al-Hudaydah 233 times, in addition to bombing Saada Province, as well as the Harz area in the northwestern province of Hajjah.
