The Yemeni Ministry of Health in the Sana'a government issued a statement condemning the Saudi coalition's bombardment of medication and medical supply warehouses, which resulted in their total destruction.
In the statement, the Ministry accused the coalition of killing Yemenis by paralyzing the health sector and preventing the entry of medicine, equipment, and medical supplies, acknowledging that the criminal act is not the first of its kind, rather a continued sequence of crimes over the last 8 years.
By closing ports and airports, the Ministry says basic necessities are being denied entry into Yemen, foremost of which are medicines, medical supplies, and equipment,
The Ministry concluded its statement by adding that the targeting and bombing of residential neighborhoods and vital targets is an indication of the coalition's recklessness towards the health of civilians, and expresses the extent of the coalition's insistence on killing innocent civilians.
The Ministry held the United Nations responsible for remaining silent on the aggression and paying lip service to human rights.
