Sayyed Khamenei: Iranian people defeated enemies, will always do
On the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr, Sayyed Ali Khamenei leads the prayers in which hundreds of thousands of worshippers took part.
Iranian leader Sayyed Ali Khamenei affirmed today, Saturday, that the Iranian people "defeated the enemies before and will continue to defeat them from now on."
During the Eid Al-Fitr prayer sermons, Sayyed Khamenei stressed the need to "focus on solving critical issues problems and not be distracted by marginal ones," calling on the people of Iran to maintain their unity.
The Iranian leader indicated that “the enemies realized that they are unable to achieve anything in our societies and countries through military force, so they resorted to deception.”
He further shed light on the military defeat of the Americans and the enemies in Afghanistan and Iraq, saying that "the enemies have changed their modus operandi following these defeats, and now they are resorting to conspiracies, deception, and humiliation of the peoples in the course of carrying out their conspiracies."

However, the Iranian leader stressed in this context, that the Iranian people "today are very well alert and have failed the enemies and will always do."
Simultaneously, in all Iranian cities, hundreds of thousands of residents of the capital, Tehran, flocked to Imam Khomeini's prayer hall to perform the Eid Al-Fitr prayer led by the Iranian leader Sayyed Khamenei.

The prayer was held today after a three-year hiatus due to the outbreak of the Corona pandemic.
