Sayyed Nasrallah: A Second Ship from Iran Will Soon Set Sail
The Secretary-General of Hezbollah, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, confirms the failure of the US to ignite a civil war in Lebanon and confront Hezbollah.
"The one directing the fight against the Lebanese Resistance is the US embassy and its successive ambassadors since 2005," confirmed Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah.
In a speech on the anniversary of the death of Abbas Al-Yatama, a leader in the resistance, the Secretary-General of Hezbollah revealed that "tens of billions of dollars have been spent by the US embassy since 2005 to distort the resistance’s image," stressing that all of its plans have failed.
Speaking about the possibility of a new civil war, Nasrallah indicated that this was part of both US and Saudi embassies’ plans in recent years as they interfered in all political processes while impairing people’s lives and livelihoods in the process.
When the latter plan failed, the US embassy attempted to dismantle the state, sects, and villages as "an alternative to civil war" since October 17.
He noted that after "spending $30 billion on political parties that could not serve their goals, the US embassy turned towards civil societies and NGOs" to push the state and society to the brink of collapse and not just Hezbollah.
We Were Not Listened To
Days after his announcement of the launch of a ship loaded with diesel from Iran to Lebanon, Sayyed Nasrallah revealed today that a second ship "will set sail within days and other ships will follow."
He went on to say that this matter is not that of a "ship or two, but rather a path we will adopt as long as Lebanon is in need," stressing that this decision aims at alleviating the suffering of all Lebanese.
Regarding accusations by several parties, Nasrallah assured them that Hezbollah is not a substitute for oil companies and stations, but is rather trying to relieve pressure off of them by bringing in enough oil to prevent the massive hike in prices.
The Secretary-General promised to announce a new list of prices in time, renewing his demand for the Lebanese state to play its natural role, starting by arresting and imprisoning those monopolizing petroleum and diesel.
Addressing the concerns of many, Nasrallah explained why his party cannot invite Chinese and Russian companies for investment, as this is the "work of the state," all while reminding everyone how the Lebanese authorities have previously refused to buy oil from Iran in Lebanese pounds for fear of US sanctions.
He indicated that Hezbollah’s suggestions were "not listened to by authorities," as Lebanon's state further declined.
Negotiating with Syria is a must to Bring Electricity
Sayyed Nasrallah also welcomed "the Egyptian gas and Jordanian electricity project and everything that can help Lebanon," noting that his party does not seek political gains but only the people’s wellness.

He noted the need to negotiate with Syria in order to implement the project, which contrasts with the US ambassador’s refusal to contact the Syrian authorities despite the project being her suggestion.
"The US administration should lift its veto on providing support to Lebanon if they are willing to help," he added.
The Secretary-General of Hezbollah concluded this section of his speech by affirming that "the Israeli enemy and the Americans and their allies will realize how big of a loss they have suffered," stressing that "the resistance after the July war in 2006 is stronger than ever before," a statement that is certain to force its enemies to reconsider their tactics and aspirations.

Iranian Companies Unafraid of Extracting Gas & Oil in Lebanon
Regarding the extraction of gas and oil, Nasrallah indicated that "if there are no companies to drill for fear of US sanctions, then we can bring an Iranian company for this matter.”
"The companies we are in contact with are not afraid of Israeli bombings, and they can extract and sell gas and oil," he added.
In conclusion, the Secretary-General of Hezbollah described the scene of a Palestinian shooting an Israeli soldier at the separation fence in Gaza as "a scene that would go down in history."
