Settlers attempt to storm Netanyahu’s residence, clash with IOF
Thousands of settlers continue to protest against Netanyahu's government, clashing with Israeli occupation police near the Israeli prime minister's residence and the Israeli Knesset in occupied al-Quds.
Confrontations broke out in front of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's residence, in occupied al-Quds, between the occupation police and the families of Israeli captives held by the Resistance in Gaza.
Israeli media confirmed that settlers stormed the last barrier surrounding Netanyahu's house, noting that the demonstration turned into confrontations with the police, who then carried out arrests.

The Israeli protestors demanded the immediate resignation of Netanyahu's government and called for early elections and a prisoner exchange deal with the Palestinian Resistance.
The protestors held banners holding Netanyahu accountable for the inability to prevent the operation on October 7, 2023, as well as for the failure to secure the release of Israeli captives in the Gaza Strip.
Coinciding with the significant demonstrations where Israeli prisoners' families sought to storm Netanyahu’s residence, tens of thousands of settlers gathered in front of the Knesset headquarters in occupied al-Quds.
"Tel Aviv" witnessed similar protests outside the Ministry of Security headquarters in the occupied land, also calling for the completion of a prisoner exchange deal with the Palestinian Resistance.
For its part, the Israeli newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth said that violent confrontations "erupted between demonstrators and the police," stressing that police officers "used force against the wife of an Israeli captive in Gaza."

Israeli media outlets reported on a speech by former Prime Minister of the occupation, Ehud Barak, delivered during the protests, where he emphasized, "We demand immediate elections."
Speaking about Netanyahu, Barak added, “Whoever abandoned the prisoners on October 7 is ready to sacrifice them.”

In turn, the Israeli newspaper Maariv commented on the escalating protests and confrontations outside Netanyahu's residence, asserting that "Netanyahu has completely lost touch with reality, resorting to fanciful tales of entering Rafah."
Maariv added that Netanyahu is "leading Israelis towards ruin," asserting that "despite the existence of more significant and real existential threats, Netanyahu is staking his political survival solely on the threat emanating from Gaza."
It is noteworthy that criticism of the occupation government by the families of Israeli prisoners held by the Palestinian Resistance in Gaza has escalated, especially six months after the government's failure to secure their return and conclude an exchange agreement.
