Syrian Resistance to emerge against Israeli occupation: Iran
Iranian officials stress the need to establish security and stability in Syria during a meeting with the Omani foreign minister.
The Secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council, Ali Akbar Ahmadian, condemned the Israeli attacks on Syria during his meeting with Omani Foreign Minister Badr al-Busaidi, adding that given the "Zionist entity's occupation of Syrian territories, a new resistance will emerge in Syria in the coming years."
Regarding Iran's nuclear program, Ahmadian refuted claims about Iran increasing its stockpile of enriched uranium or raising enrichment levels during his discussions with al-Busaidi, emphasizing that the Islamic Republic is committed to the understandings reached in Muscat, "and the ball is in the other party's court."
Ahmadian also noted that "contrary to what is published in some media outlets, Iran's nuclear doctrine has not changed yet, per the directives of the Supreme Leader."
Oman, Iran thoroughly discuss Syria, Islamic unity
Foreign Minister al-Busaidi also met Iran's parliament speaker, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, who affirmed the Islamic Republic's serious intentions to achieve security and stability in Syria, stressing that cooperation among regional countries plays a significant role in enhancing regional security.
For his part, al-Busaidi stated, "We are capable of standing against the ambitions of the Zionist entity if Islamic countries adopt unified positions."
Meanwhile, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Ismail Baghaei condemned the "baseless and unfounded accusations" made by certain media outlets against Iran regarding interference in Syrian affairs.
Baghaei further stated that Iran's steadfast position regarding Syria is centered on supporting the unity of Syrian territory, establishing an inclusive political system involving all political factions, respecting minority rights, and preserving the sanctity of holy shrines.
In turn, Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said Iran and the Sultanate of Oman seek the establishment of security and stability in Syria and an end to the Israeli occupation, following the meeting with his Omani counterpart.

Since the fall of the previous Syrian regime, "Israel" has intensified its airstrikes and aerial assaults on Syria.
This coincides with "Israel's" incursions into the country, with the Israeli occupation army having seized control of approximately 600 square kilometers in southern Syria. They have also established new positions in the Quneitra countryside, particularly on the Rasm al-Rawadi, Umm al-Azam, and Sadd al-Mantara axes.
