Palestinian media outlets reported on Friday that Israeli occupation forces suppressed a Palestinian march in the city of Umm al-Fahm in occupied Palestine.

Local sources also reported that confrontations erupted between Palestinian youth and Israeli occupation forces at the city's entrance after the IOF attempted to break up the march.

The march took place on Friday night, after the Isha and Taraweeh prayers, in refusal of the occupation's assault on the Al-Aqsa Mosque.

The Islamic Endowment Department of Occupied Al-Quds announced that more than 100,000 worshippers performed the Isha and Taraweeh prayers in the Al-Aqsa Mosque despite the occupation's strict measures and the IOF's storming of the mosque since the early morning hours.

Occupation forces also fired rubber-coated metal bullets at the worshippers and teargassed them by way of drones flying over the mosque's courtyard during the march.

Thousands of worshippers were also barred from arriving to the Al-Aqsa Mosque, and many buses at the Qalandia and Beit Lahm checkpoints were barred from going through.

Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported on Friday that the Israeli occupation forces stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa, firing stun grenades and rubber bullets.

This is the 6th day in a row that the IOF stormed Al Aqsa and assaulted its worshippers. Yesterday, a large number of Palestinians who were trapped inside the Al-Qibli prayer hall were injured.
