According to TankerTrackers.com, the third Iranian fuel tanker loaded with Iranian fuel to Lebanon has reached  Baniya's Port in Syria.

FORTUNE (9283746) is the 3rd tanker to have reached Baniyas, Syria with gasoil for Hezb’Allah’s distribution in Lebanon. Also, in addition to Iranian crude oil, Baniyas has received a larger-than-usual delivery of Russian fuel. What’s unique is that it wasn’t for navy in Tartus.

Hezbollah has said that the shipments it imports will ease the country's paralyzing energy crisis.

The Lebanese Prime Minister Najib Mikati, asserted last month that the Iranian fuel shipments constituted a violation of Lebanon's sovereignty.

Lebanon has been suffering from a fuel shortage crisis that is reflected in various sectors, including hospitals, bakeries, communications, and food amidst an economic collapse going on for two years. 

The World Bank ranked the economic collapse among the worst in the world since 1850.

On September 16, the first convoy of tankers transporting Iranian diesel Iran entered Lebanon.
