Thousands take part in pro-Palestine protests across the globe
Protests took place in major world cities, including Chicago, Rome, and Berlin.
Thousands of people have rallied in protest against the ongoing Israeli genocide against Palestinians in Gaza, in the past week, with "Israel" vowing to continue its offensive in the southern Gaza city of Rafah.
Brandishing Palestinian flags and pro-Palestinian banners, demonstrators flooded the streets of Chicago, United States, calling for an immediate ceasefire.

Concurrently, university students in Massachusetts voiced their opposition to an Israeli occupation soldier's visit, denouncing their involvement in the ongoing genocide in Gaza. With chants of "War criminal! Genocide supporter!," the protesters made their stance clear against what they perceive as complicity in the atrocities unfolding in Gaza.

In New York City, 124 pro-Palestine protesters were arrested after they blocked the entrance to the New York Times headquarters, as per police report. The demonstrators accused the publication of engaging in what they termed as "worst journalistic malpractices" regarding its coverage of the genocide in Gaza.
They also urged readers to stop subscribing to what they mockingly referred to as the "New York Crimes."

Residents of Edmonton, Canada, took to the streets to protest against the ongoing genocide of Palestinians, emphasizing the urgent need for a ceasefire, an arms embargo on the Israeli occupation, the reinstatement of aid funding for UNRWA, and the lifting of the illegal and inhumane blockade on Gaza.

This video advocates for an urgent ceasefire and emphasizes the critical necessity of safeguarding the children of Gaza amid the ongoing genocide.
Save the Children reported that over 13,000 children have been killed due to Israeli airstrikes and ground invasion in Gaza since October 7, with many more missing and presumed buried beneath the rubble. "The children in Gaza need you. Give them your voice," it said.

In Latin America, thousands of Chileans took to the streets of Santiago on Sunday demanding an immediate ceasefire in the Gaza Strip and an end to the Israeli regime's genocide and siege of the Palestinian territory.
