The spokesperson for the Ministry of Health in Gaza, Ashraf al-Qudra, announced Friday the death of three Palestinian children at al-Shifa Medical Complex due to malnutrition and dehydration, amidst the ongoing Israeli aggression and blockade on the Strip.

Al-Qudra confirmed that the number of Palestinians martyred as a result of malnutrition and dehydration now stands at 23.

Earlier on Friday, the Health Ministry reported that 30,878 Palestinians have been killed and 72,402 wounded by the Israeli occupation as the genocide enters its 154th day.

It highlighted that 72% of the martyrs are children and women, with the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees UNRWA revealing that, on average, 63 women are killed in Gaza every day.

The ministry stated that "Israel" has carried out eight massacres, resulting in the deaths of 78 Palestinians and the injury of 104 in the past 24 hours.

It further noted that numerous Palestinians are still trapped under the rubble, with the Israeli military obstructing medical and civil defense teams from accessing bombed sites to rescue survivors or retrieve bodies buried beneath the debris.

Al-Qudra emphasized that 60,000 pregnant women in Gaza suffer from malnutrition and dehydration, along with the lack of proper health care, and approximately 5,000 pregnant women give birth monthly in harsh, unsafe, and unhealthy conditions due to displacement and Israeli bombardment.

Gaza being starved, deprived of aid as displacement attempt: Euro-med

A recently released report by the Euro-Med Monitor pointed out that "Israel" not only contributed to the decrease in the number of humanitarian aid trucks going into Gaza, but has also undermined the process in order to carry out its plan to depopulate Gaza alongside the northern Strip.

The report declares that "Israel’s" objective is to force Palestinians to evacuate from Gaza to the South through the use of "military violence, intimidation, and starvation as a weapon."

Euro-Med Monitor confirmed that it has documented testimonies from Gaza residents who received phone calls from the Israeli forces, being asked explicitly to depart and move to the central and southern regions of Gaza for food and water and to avoid death from starvation.

'Israel' using starvation tactic in Gaza to destroy food system: UN

On Thursday, a UN expert warned that the Israeli occupation was destroying Gaza's food system as part of a larger "starvation campaign".

According to Reuters, in a speech to the UN Human Rights Council, Michael Fakhri, UN Special Rapporteur on the Right to Food, asserted that the UN was "doing nothing" as "unbearable" images surfaced from Gaza.

Aid authorities have warned of a potential famine, while hospitals in the besieged Strip's remote northern region report that children are dying of starvation.

Fakhri told the council that "Israel has mounted a starvation campaign against the Palestinian people in Gaza."
