Three explosions hit high school in Western Kabul: Afghan Police
Three explosions rocked a high school in western Kabul on Tuesday, killing more than 20 people and injuring children.
Three explosions were reported on school grounds in Kabul, Afghanistan's capital, on Tuesday morning, according to the city's security department.
"Three different explosions at the Abdul Rahim Shahid High School in the 18th District resulted in casualties among our Shiite compatriots," police said in a statement as quoted by Sputnik.
A local source told Sputnik earlier in the day that an explosion occurred at the school in the capital's Dasht-e-Barchi district, killing more than 20 and injuring dozens.

Prior to that, an explosion occurred on the grounds of the Mumtaz school, also on Kabul's western outskirts. Several people were injured in the explosion, according to an eyewitness.
