All necessary medical care is provided," the governor wrote on his Telegram channel, noting that one administration building and three residential buildings were damaged.
Gladkov further said that a kindergarten building had been struck by a shell in the Zamostye village. One woman reportedly sustained injuries as a result of the attack.

On another note, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Monday that the Russian Ministry of Defense, the Federal Security Service (FSB), and the Border Service reported to President Vladimir Putin about the attempt to infiltrate the Belgorod region by Ukrainian saboteurs.
"The Ministry of Defense, the FSB, and the Border Service reported to the Russian president ... about an attempt by a Ukrainian sabotage group to break into the Belgorod region. Work is underway to push them out of the Russian territory and destroy this sabotage group. There are enough forces and resources on the spot," Peskov said.
The official added that the purpose of such an act is to divert attention away from the events currently unfolding in the city of Bakhmut which was recently liberated by Russian forces and Wagner group. As such, the act intends to minimize the political effect of the loss of Bakhmut by Kiev.
