Turkey Arrests 15 for Links to Israeli Spy Agency
Turkish media reports that Turkish intelligence has dismantled an espionage network for the Israeli Mossad that included 15 Arab nationals.
The Turkish media revealed on Thursday, that the Turkish National Intelligence Organization (MIT) has exposed an Israeli Mossad spy ring.
Local media reports added that the MIT unit tracked the network, which consisted of five separate cells from three people, for a year.
In a covert operation conducted on October 7 in four provinces, the mobile counter-terrorism force apprehended 15 spies of various Arab nationalities.
Media reports have also stressed that the suspects were relaying information and providing documents to the Israeli spy agency, especially on Palestinian students enrolled in Turkish universities and those who could possibly work in the defense industry in the future.
