According to the UK Defense Ministry, Royal Navy ships have left for the eastern Mediterranean to show support for "Israel" amid the escalation on Tuesday, which comes after UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak confirmed the deployment of the country's military forces to the region last week.

On X, the ministry stated: "[An icon of the UK national flag] Royal Navy task group including RFA Argus & RFA Lyme Bay has left Gibraltar for the eastern Mediterranean to reinforce regional stability & provide contingency options in the coming weeks".

This comes on the same day that the Israeli occupation carried out a massacre before the entire world as it bombed a hospital housing over a thousand civilians, killing hundreds in the process.

Palestinian media reported that Al-Maamadani Hospital was housing over a thousand people, including Palestinian refugees, patients, and media personnel.
