UK Foreign Secretary to Meet Iranian FM in New York

Iran's FM will meet a number of foreign ministers at the UN summit
The UK's Permanent Mission to the UN announced that the new Foreign Secretary, Liz Truss, will meet her Iranian counterpart Hossein Amirabdollahian tomorrow on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly meetings in New York.
The Mission also reported Truss as saying that she will ask Iran to release all detained UK nationals to commence repairing the relations between the two countries.
Former Foreign Secretary, and current Justice Secretary Dominic Raab, had called on Iran to release all detained UK nationals and to return to the Vienna talks.
The Spokesperson for Iran's Foreign Ministry, Saeed Khatibzadeh, said that AmirAbdollahian will head to New York on Monday to take part in the meeting of the General Assembly on Tuesday and is expected to hold bilateral talks with the foreign ministers of the P4+1.
Khatibzadeh also said that 45 such meetings have been arranged with foreign ministers and heads of international organizations.
