In this context, Israeli media described the Yemeni forces as a "serious, organized and powerful army," adding that "Israel" should not underestimate the threats coming from Yemen.
Israeli media confirmed earlier that a ballistic missile launched from Yemen this morning toward "Eilat", occupied Umm el-Rashrash, in southern occupation Palestine, was intercepted by the occupation's Arrow 3 anti-air system.
The spokesperson for the Israeli occupation forces confirmed that the missile was shot over the Red Sea heading toward "Eilat", triggering siren sounds in the occupied territory.
Yemen simultaneously protects the Red Sea and Palestine
This comes as the Yemeni Armed Forces carried out several naval and aerial military operations on Tuesday against Israeli and US targets, spokesperson Brigadier-General Yahya Saree said in a statement.
Saree announced that Yemen's Air Force drone unit launched several drones against hostile US warships in the Red and Arabian Seas and another batch targeting sensitive Israeli military sites in "Eilat" (occupied Umm el-Rashrash).
The Naval Forces also targeted using several naval missiles the Israeli ship MSC SILVER in the Gulf of Aden.
Brigadier General Saree stressed that these operations come "in support of the Palestinian people, who are still facing the Israeli aggression and siege, and in response to the US and British aggression on our country."
