Ukraine MP to sue Biden on account of his "provocative speeches"

Ukraine MP Ilya Kiva is planning on suing US President Joe Biden on account of his statements on an alleged Russian attack and his "panicky and provocative speeches."
The Ukrainian lawmaker wrote on his Telegram account that Biden's statements and speeches "killed his faith" in American democracy and the independence of Western media.
“I am preparing a lawsuit in international courts against Biden: for the mental and psychological trauma inflicted on me by his panicky and provocative speeches about Putin’s attack and the war with Russia,” he said.
Kiva added that the "forecasts" of the American leader never came true, but the hysteria caused by his statements resulted in great harm to the people of Ukraine and the country's economy.
Biden previously named February 16 as the date on which Russia intends to invade Ukraine. The president's claims came following US National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan's statement that a Russian attack on Kyiv is expected before or by the end of the Beijing Winter Olympics on February 20th.
Though Washington is claiming to be confident of the intelligence about the situation there, the United States has changed its timing of when the "invasion" would take place several times.
