Voting continues for local council elections in the West Bank.
The voting process in the local council elections in the West Bank, which started on Saturday morning, is still in process and includes 329 local bodies, 154 of which had more than one electoral list.

Al Mayadeen's reporter said that the turnout in the local elections in the West Bank has reached 11% so far. The Elections Committee confirmed that "the voting process will take place in accordance with the health restrictions to prevent the spread of Coronavirus."

The Elections Committee will hold a press conference Sunday in which the election results will be announced. The results will include the number of votes and seats obtained by each list and the names of the winners from each local body, in addition to the final participation rates in the general polls and at the level of each local body.
The Hamas movement protested against the Palestinian Authority's decision to postpone the legislative and presidential elections indefinitely, which were to take place in the middle of this year, after the occupation's decision to prevent them in occupied al-Quds.
The last Palestinian local elections were held in 2017, which were won by the Palestinian Fatah movement.
According to Palestinian law, local elections are held every four years.
