Today, Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi, joined the massive mass rallies that began at 9:00 am across the country, to commemorate the 44th anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution in Iran.

Raisi said today during a speech to mark the occasion that the victory date of the Islamic revolution marks the beginning of independence, the end of tyranny, and the fulfillment of the will of the Iranian people.

Raisi further indicated that on this day, people joined the rallies to "renew the pledge of allegiance to the imam, the leader, the martyrs, and the revolution’s principles.”

“As your servant, know that the future of your country is prosperous.”

According to Raisi, Iranians will continue on the path of progress and prosperity, despite enemy conspiracies and their imposition of wars on them, as the people's steadfastness noticeably defeated the West's maximum pressure campaign.

Raisi continued to explain that despite the unjust sanctions on Iran, the country still benefits from large and stable investments and increasing capabilities in all fields, stressing the need to focus more efforts on establishing hope.

He then indicated that through the riots that took place in Iran, the West aimed to stir up discord in the country and wage a hybrid war against it at various levels, pointing out that the riots were only planned for by the West due to the failure of the sanctions in affecting Iranian people.

The Iranian president also highlighted the revolution’s vital role in how women in Iran enjoy freedom, and have achieved the highest ranks in all fields.

Raisi also touched on the issue of financing terrorism, saying that the West was the one who established, financed, and armed ISIS to kill innocent people, but Iran's martyrs, led by Hajj Qassem Soleimani, eliminated this terrorist organization.

In addition, the Iranian president expressed his country's pride in observing human rights, while the West distorted them, and an example of that is the West's violations against the peoples of Palestine, Yemen, and Afghanistan.

With regard to government achievements, Raisi accentuated that the Iranian government was able to overcome the deficit, which amounted to billions, as well as investment problems, and was also successful in overcoming many of the economic problems that Iranians suffer from.

The Iranian President offered his condolences to the victims of the earthquake that struck Turkey and Syria, saying, "I extend my sincere condolences to the Turkish and Syrian people in our two friendly and brotherly countries," further adding that Iran has proven that it was indeed a loyal friend to its allies.
