YAF target vital Israeli target in Yafa with hypersonic missile
The YAF spokesperson reiterates that the YAF's operations will not cease until the Israeli aggression against Gaza ends and the siege imposed on the Palestinian Strip is lifted.
The missile force of the Yemeni Armed Forces (YAF) carried out an operation targeting a vital site in the occupied Yafa region using a hypersonic missile of the Palestine 2 type, YAF spokesperson Brigadier General Yahya Saree announced on Sunday.
The missile successfully struck its target, Saree confirmed, stressing that the operation was "in solidarity with the oppressed Palestinian people and their resistance fighters and in response to the crimes committed by the Israeli enemy against our brethren in the Gaza Strip."
The spokesperson affirmed that the YAF, in light of the ongoing Israeli crimes in the Gaza Strip, will intensify their military operations using missiles and drones as part of their religious, moral, and humanitarian duty to support and assist the Resistance fighters in Gaza and the occupied West Bank.
Elsewhere, he reiterated that the YAF's operations will not cease until the Israeli aggression against Gaza ends and the siege imposed on the Palestinian Strip is lifted.
Earlier on Sunday, sirens sounded across multiple settlements and areas in central Israeli-occupied Palestine, following a reported missile attack from Yemen.
Alerts were issued in several city settlements in occupied Palestine and occupied cities of al-Lid, Ramleh, Rehovot, and Beit Shemesh
The Israeli military said the details of the attack were still under investigation and later released a preliminary report saying the missile was intercepted.
Meanwhile, the Israeli Army Radio that four settlers were injured as they rushed to bomb shelters.
