The Minister of Information in Sanaa's government, Daifallah al-Shami, revealed that Sanaa authorities have "information on all Israeli vessels that sail through the Red Sea" in an interview with Al Mayadeen on Sunday.

"We have information about all Israeli vessels sailing through the Red Sea, and every Israeli vessel will be a legitimate target for us."

"All Israeli vessels will be a legitimate target for us," the official told Al Mayadeen, adding that Sanaa's government is confronting "a strategic enemy to the entire [Arab nation] and the Islamic Ummah."

Al-Shami stressed the criminal nature of the Israeli occupation, saying Yemeni authorities cannot stand by and watch, while "Israel" commits massacres and genocides the Palestinian people.

The official emphasized the diligent work of Sanaa's leadership, which "works on picking the [right] time to execute [its attacks]."

"If we could seize all Israeli vessels in one go we would have done so," al-Shami underlined, highlighting Sanaa's commitment to the Palestinian cause and people.

The Minister of Information took a dig at nations that participated in the coalition of aggression on Yemen, saying, "If some of the states that participated in the aggression on [Yemen] took a position in support of Gaza, we would have inevitably hailed them."

"If Saudi Arabia or the [United Arab Emarites] took an honorable position on the war on Gaza, we would have tipped our hats off to them in respect," al-Shami added.

These remarks come after the Yemeni Armed Forces announced on Sunday that they had seized an Israeli cargo ship in the Red Sea, in support of the Palestinian people in Gaza.

The spokesperson for the Yemeni Armed Forces, Brigadier General Yahya Saree, announced on Sunday the group's intention to target any ships owned or operated by Israeli companies or bearing the Israeli flag. This statement, made on the group's Telegram channel, also included a call for all nations to withdraw their citizens employed in the crews of any such ships.

"We urge all countries to avoid shipping on vessels owned by Israeli companies or operated by them," he further stressed.

In this context, a member of Ansar Allah's Political Beaureu, Mohammed al-Bukhaiti, reiterated in a televised interview with Al Mayadeen, the statements of the movement's leader, Sayyed Abdul-Malik al-Houthi, who had previously announced that Israeli vessels in the Red Sea will be targeted if "Israel" does not end its aggression on Gaza.

"Our operations in the depth of the enemy or at sea will continue until the crimes in Gaza come to an end."

The official also pointed to the United States' unconditional support of the Israeli occupation, saying that it had given "Israel" a "blank cheque" in its aggression on Gaza. Building on this point, al-Bukhaiti emphasized that "Israel" will not have the leeway to act as it pleases, as Sanaa actively targets its assets in the Red Sea.

Moreover, Al-Bukhaiti urged the Israeli occupation and the United States to reassess their calculations, as Yemen remains steadfast in support of Palestine and its people.
