The Yemeni Armed Forces confirmed that they would continue operations to prevent Israeli ships or ships heading to the ports of occupied Palestine until the aggression against the Gaza Strip stops.
Saree said Yemen's forces will not hesitate to carry out more operations in response to the Zionist crimes against people in the Gaza Strip.
On February 6, Saree announced that Yemen's Naval Forces conducted two military operations in the Red Sea targeting ships belonging to the US and UK.
According to the spokesperson, the first operation targeted the US ship Star Nasia, while the other one targeted the British Morning Tide using "suitable naval missiles" and stressing that "strikes were direct and accurate."
Earlier, the member of the Supreme Political Council in Yemen, Mohammad Ali al-Houthi, affirmed that the YAF will persist as long as the Israeli aggression and siege imposed on the Gaza Strip are ongoing.
Al-Houthi added that the Yemeni operations will end when food, medicine, and humanitarian needs reach all parts of Gaza "and the horrific and heinous crimes, as well as the genocidal crimes against the people of Gaza, come to a halt."
