Yemeni forces regain control of sites bordering Al-Hathirah
The Yemeni armed forces regain control of sites from Sudanese and Saudi-led coalition forces in Al-Hathirah area in Jizan, Saudi Arabia.
Dozens of Sudanese forces were killed and wounded while fighting alongside the Saudi-led coalition in Yemen from a missile launched by the Yemeni Armed Forces targeting their position on the border district of Haradh in the Hajjah Governorate, northwest of Yemen and Jizan, sources reported to Al-Mayadeen.
The sources also confirmed that the Yemeni Army and Popular Committees regained control of large areas in the border area of Al-Hathirah, which belong to Al-Muasem Municipality in Jizan, Saudi Arabia, following violent confrontations.
The confrontations led to the defeat of the Sudanese forces at the mainline linking the border and coastal district of Midi on the Red Sea, which includes the post of Midi from the Saudi Al-Hathirah district and region, despite the intense air raids of the Saudi coalition supporting the Sudanese forces.
The Saudi coalition's warplanes launched a series of raids targeting the districts of Haradh and Hiran in Hajjah Governorate.
The Saudi coalition launched eight raids targeting the border areas of Al-Ajasher and Al-Baq'a between the governorates of Al-Jawf and Saada, on the one hand, and Saudi Arabia's Najran, on the other hand.
The coalition fighters also launched four raids on the directorates of Wadi Ubaidah and Al-Juba in Marib Governorate in northeastern Yemen and four similar raids on Al-Faza area, south of Al-Hudaydah.
