In his record 148th international match, Lionel Messi scored two goals leading Argentina to a 4-1 victory over Bolivia in the Copa America in Brazil.
Messi played the pass for the first goal scored by Gomez (6) before scoring two goals (32 from a penalty kick and 42), while Lautaro Martínez scored the fourth goal (65) and Erwin Saavedra scored (60) a goal for Bolivia.
Argentina secured the top of Group A, which also witnessed Uruguay's victory over Paraguay with Edinson Cavani's penalty kick (21).
Argentina gained 10 points without losing in four matches, 3 points behind Uruguay.
Paraguay came third (6 points) and Chile fourth (5 points), qualifying for for the quarter-finals.
During the next round, Brazil will play Chile, Argentina against Ecuador, Uruguay against Colombia, and Peru against Paraguay.
