‘Israel’s’ after content creators, offering $5,000 sponsorship deal
In addition to the harrowing military aggression and total blockade on Gaza, "Israel" launches an extensive disinformation campaign with TikTiok influencers being among its targets.
Amid a hysteric military aggression on Gaza, "Israel" conducts a widespread misinformation and incitement campaign through various media outlets and social platforms. The primary targets of this campaign are Palestinians, and it aims to dehumanize and demonize them, potentially paving the way to justify genocide.
The Israeli occupation has reportedly intensified its efforts to manipulate public perception and shape the narrative surrounding the ongoing Israeli brutality. Traditional media, as well as social media platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and X, have become battlegrounds for this disinformation campaign.
As millions who lost hope in mainstream media have turned to platforms, including TikTok and Instagram, in hopes of knowing the truth in real-time, "Israel" has intensified its efforts to pollute the information ecosystem surrounding its brutal 24/7 bombardment of Gaza.
On this note, a TikTok influencer under the name @yourfavoriteguy with a substantial following of 2.5 million users recently disclosed that he was approached by a Zionist organization, which proposed a substantial payment of $5,000 and a "sponsorship opportunity" in exchange for a live broadcast where he would express his support for the Israeli occupation. He also revealed that other content creators have talked about receiving money offers in exchange for supporting "Israel".
However, the influencer firmly rejected the offer, emphasizing that his principles could not be swayed or bought, particularly when it comes to endorsing actions that he perceives as contributing to genocide.
In a powerful statement, he affirmed his unwavering support for a free Palestine.
"You cannot buy my support of a genocide," he insisted, calling out, "Free #Palestine".
