'Dad and mom are dying': 10-year-old child’s cry after Israeli strike on Qabrikha, Lebanon

In a heartbreaking moment that shook Lebanon's mainstream and social media, a 10-year-old girl’s desperate voice message pleaded, “My dad and mom are dying. Come and help me,” following an Israeli drone strike, carried out by an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), that targeted the outskirts of the town of Qabrikha in southern Lebanon on Thursday. According to Lebanon’s Public Health Emergency Operations Center, the Israeli aggression led to the martyrdom of the parents and injured the girl. The attack is one in a long list of violations committed by "Israel" since the ceasefire officially took effect on November 27, 2024. Despite clear breaches, no international body, not even the monitoring committee tasked with overseeing the agreement, has held "Israel" accountable. Meanwhile, US-Israeli pressure continues to mount on the Lebanese Resistance to disarm, despite its full commitment to the November-brokered ceasefire.
