'Every grain of soil has a drop of martyrs’ blood beneath it': A martyr's mother

From Mays al-Jabal, South Lebanon, Al Mayadeen's correspondent, Fatima Ftouni, interviews the mother of a martyr. This mother, one among hundreds of martyrs' parents in Lebanon, held her son's picture up high, sharing how she can't wait to be able to enter Mays al-Jabal so she can find his body, like the many others who are waiting as well. Strong, and steadfast, she said that though her son was a martyr who fought bravely against the Israeli onslaught, she is proud and is able to hold her head high because of his sacrifice, her sorrow for him being only eclipsed by the loss of Sayyed Hassan.
