'Israel' renews airstrikes on Beirut's Southern Suburb after days of calm

Israeli drones and fighter jets launched more than 11 consecutive airstrikes on the Lebanese capital of Beirut's Southern Suburb and its surrounding areas. The Israeli strikes targeted residential buildings in the neighborhoods of Haret Hreik, Burj al-Barajneh, and Choueifat, leveling them to the ground, our correspondent reported. Since October 8, 2023, Israeli occupation forces killed 2,448 people in Lebanon and injured 11,471 others.
