Activists protest at Maersk HQ over 'Israel's' war on Gaza

Pro-Palestine activists rallied at Maersk's headquarters in Helsinki, Finland, condemning the company for transporting military cargo to the Israeli occupation amid its ongoing genocide in Gaza. The protest reflects a growing global movement demanding an end to corporate complicity in the war on Gaza. Just weeks earlier, in mid-April, around 1,500 Moroccans also staged a mass demonstration near Tanger Med Port to protest the transit of ships reportedly carrying weapons to "Israel". The demonstration, called by the National Action Group for Palestine, specifically targeted a Maersk-operated vessel reportedly transporting F-35 jet parts from the US to "Israel," with scheduled stops at Casablanca and Tangier. Protesters chanted “No weapons of genocide in Moroccan waters” and demanded an end to normalization between Morocco and "Israel."
