Aftermath of unprecedented Israeli strike on Jiyyeh, Lebanon

Israeli occupation aircraft launched a series of airstrikes around midnight on Wednesday, targeting multiple towns in South Lebanon, the Bekaa, and the Jiyeh area, located roughly 28 km south of Beirut. According to Al Mayadeen's correspondent, sounds of explosions from the Israeli raid on Jiyeh echoed across Lebanon's capital, and the attack resulted in the closure of the international highway connecting South Lebanon to Beirut.
