At the 78th edition of the Cannes Film Festival, French actress and jury head Juliette Binoche paid tribute to Palestinian photojournalist Fatima Hassouna, who was killed in an Israeli strike on April 16 alongside ten of her relatives in Gaza. While recalling Hassouna's emotional words, Binoche failed to mention that it was Israeli occupation forces who fired the missile that killed Fatima; just one of countless Palestinian journalists, women, men, and children who have died in "Israel’s" war on Gaza.
