While there is some truth to what Clinton said, it is worth noting that the former president is responsible for several war crimes; above all is the American bombing of a pharmaceutical factory in Khartoum, Sudan. The bombing caused widespread shortages in medicine in Sudan, leading to the death of tens of thousands of people.
