Deputy Head of the Political Bureau of Hamas, Saleh al-Arouri

"We consider martyrdom and meeting God to be the ultimate victory. This is how we wish our lives would end." With these words to Al Mayadeen, the Deputy Head of the Political Bureau of Hamas, Saleh al-Arouri, expressed his utmost aspiration of ascending as a martyr for the sake of Palestine. Al-Arouri was martyred along with three of his companions when the Israeli occupation targeted a building with three missiles in the Southern Suburb of Beirut.
