Dozens of protesters at UCLA arrested amid violent clashes with the police
Following the violent assault of a Zionist mob against pro-Palestine protesters at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), the protesters were subjected to even more repression at the hands of the police. At dawn Thursday, California Highway Patrol officers carrying shields and batons forced their way through hundreds of protesters rallying in solidarity with Palestine, tore down barricades, and arrested the protesters. Simultaneously, pro-Palestine protesters chanted, "Hold the line for Palestine," "We're not leaving," and "Shame on you."
