Electoral platform 'Liste Gaza' launches election campaign for general election in Austria

Al Mayadeen English correspondent in Vienna, Dieter Reinisch, reported that the electoral platform, Liste Gaza, announced its political program, political platform, and candidates during a press conference in Vienna. The platform aims to contest the general elections in Austria on September 29. "List Gaza - Voices against Genocide" will be on the ballot in seven of Austria's nine federal states and aims to become a "democratic, multi-voiced opposition" in parliament if successful. Our correspondent said the platform campaigns for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza, the recognition of the State of Palestine, and an end to Austria's anti-Islam discourse.
