Three pro-Palestinian protesters interrupted European Union foreign policy chief Josep Borrell's speech at an event in Florence. The protesters read a statement and shouted, "Shame on them," while holding a Palestinian flag. The disruption occurred shortly after the International Court of Justice (ICJ) issued a landmark emergency ruling, ordering the Israeli occupation to stop its military assault on the southern Gaza city of Rafah, in South Africa's genocide case against "Israel".
