Freedom Flotilla sets sail again on aid mission to Gaza, a month after attack

The Freedom Flotilla Coalition (FFC) has set sail once again toward Gaza, departing from the Italian port of Catania with activist Greta Thunberg and Irish actor Liam Cunningham among its volunteers. After a previous mission was halted by a drone strike in the Mediterranean, the group is renewing its effort to deliver essential aid barred by "Israel" in "a non-violent, direct action to challenge Israel's illegal siege and escalating war crimes," the FFC said in a post on X.
