Gazans seeking most primitive ways to rescue wounded

Amid a severe lack of equipment caused by the Israeli blockade on the Strip, Gazans are seeking alternative ways to rescue the injured. They are using whatever basic material they can find, such as rope and worn-out mattresses, to carry Gazans martyred and wounded by the Israeli massacres.
