Handala flotilla crew leave messages behind on the chance of being kidnapped by 'Israel'
The crew of the Handala aid ship bound for Gaza left behind recordings in case they were kidnapped and detained by Israeli occupation forces. All 21 crew members had one unified message: exert pressure on their governments to demand their release as well as their companions. The unarmed civilians, carrying aid to Gaza, including life-saving aid, food, baby formula, medicine, and soft toys, were illegally kidnapped in international waters by the Israeli occupation's navy forces. The Freedom Flotilla Coalition urged, "Demand your government end its complicity in Israeli war crimes, ensure the unhindered delivery of humanitarian aid, and call for the immediate release of all crew members."
