Hanged prisoners in Ecuador

Three prisoners were found hanged Wednesday in a prison in Ecuador, where more than 400 people have died in brutal gang conflicts at correctional institutions since 2021, according to authorities. Earlier in the day, authorities confiscated weapons, cell phones, drugs, alcohol, and knives from the jail.
