A BBC reporter asked Fikile Mbalula, the Secretary-General of the ruling African National Congress (ANC) party in South Africa if he would have Putin visit South Africa, since the Russian President is "being investigated for war crimes." Mbalula replied by asking the reporter if any of the Western countries' head of states were arrested for their crimes in Iraq and Afganistan, pointing out Tony Blair's claim of the presence of weapons of mass destruction in Iraq led to the killing of millions.
