Israeli airstrike levels 8-story residential building in Basta, Beirut

Without prior warning and using bunker-buster munition, Israeli occupation forces carried out a massacre in Basta al-Fawqa, a densely populated area in Beirut. The airstrike leveled an eight-story residential building, causing significant damage to surrounding structures. The blast was reportedly deafening, with its sound reverberating across Beirut and being heard as far as Mount Lebanon and Saida in South Lebanon, around 44 kilometers away from the capital. Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported that so far 14 people were killed and over 20 others were injured.
