Videos show Israeli settlers performing religious rituals in the vicinity of al-Aqsa Mosque, protected by Israeli occupation police. After "Israel's" occupation of east al-Quds began in 1967, an arrangement was reached that established that non-Muslims could visit al-Aqsa during certain hours, but were prohibited from performing rituals there and that it was the right of every Muslim to go pray there peacefully. However, Israeli occupation settlers and officials have continuously tried to change the status quo at al-Aqsa Mosque. They continue to storm the Mosque and terrorize Muslims headed to Friday Prayers while being granted protection by Israeli occupation police.
